A $6M-Plus Mansion for a Long-Vacant Ward Parkway Corner | Kansas City Business Journal

The Kansas City Business Journal reported on the house going up at 6315 Ward Parkway, on a corner that had sat empty for more than fifteen years. Richard and Annette Bloch's house stood there until 2009.

The new residence is designed by SIXTWENTYONE and carries a reported price above six million dollars. Faust Construction is building it.

Ward Parkway is one of the most closely watched addresses in Kansas City, and a modern house on a long-vacant corner there draws attention accordingly. Work is in progress, and we will add the finished project once it is complete.
