Our Process
Pre-Construction
Before we build anything, we plan everything. During pre-construction, we work alongside your architect to shape the project from both a design and a construction standpoint — establishing a real budget, real pricing, and a real schedule, not estimates you'll have to revisit later. This is also where we get ahead of the decisions that matter: evaluating materials, systems, and alternatives early, so you know exactly what it takes to build your home before the first shovel goes in the ground.
Construction
Once pre-construction is set, we build. Our craftsmen and trade partners are held to the same standard we hold ourselves to — quality work, done on the schedule and within the budget we agreed to at the start.
Management
You should always know where things stand. Our budgeting and cost tracking are fully transparent and available to you at any time, and we meet monthly with you, your architect, and your builder throughout the project to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
Our Team
Faust Construction is structured to manage complexity without chaos. Leadership stays close to the work. Roles are clear across estimating, project management, and field supervision. We coordinate directly with your architect, engineer, and designer. Design decisions translate cleanly into execution.

We hired Faust Construction on the recommendation of our architect, Brad Satterwhite at KEM Studios, and could not have been happier with their work. Faust bid the project and worked with us on finalizing the design, suggesting cost-effective and attractive changes. Mid-Century Modern
I did a complete renovation of a Mid-Century home I grew up in. We totally gutted the entire home. We changed the floorplan to incorporate my ideas for a larger bed and bathroom. This was a home that was built in the early 1960s, the last real updates were done in the 1980s so it was dated and in need of renovation.
