The Faust Approach
Our Process
We invest heavily in the process behind every project. Detailed planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination keep the project moving and allow us to stay ahead of the details. That level of organization gives us the structure to manage complexity and deliver the quality of construction we expect.
Key Communication
Thoughtful communication is at the center of how we manage a project. We stay ahead of the budget, schedule, decisions, and details, keeping homeowners, architects, designers, and trades aligned from start to finish. By anticipating what comes next and communicating clearly along the way, we create a building experience that feels organized, informed, and considered.
What Makes Us Different
We set ourselves apart by focusing on the smallest details, using unique materials, and embracing non-typical build techniques. We are collaborative, responsive, and dedicated to creating the best possible results for our clients.
Why You Should Hire Us
We take personal responsibility for the finished home. We stay involved, pay attention to the details, and work through the challenges that come with building a custom home. When something needs more attention, we take the time to get it right—because the smallest details are often what make the finished home feel complete.
