I did a complete renovation of a Mid-Century home I grew up in. We totally gutted the entire home. We changed the floorplan to incorporate my ideas for a larger bed and bathroom. This was a home that was built in the early 1960s, the last real updates were done in the 1980s so it was dated and in need of renovation.

Brian Faust with Faust Construction has exceeded my expectations and vision I had for my home. He listened to me to understand what I wanted to achieve, but then made fantastic suggestions and modifications that I never would have thought about. Brian's professionalism, knowledge and resources available to him made this a fun project that I was a part of from beginning to end. Faust Construction was extremely easy and flexible to work with. Faust was able to build on my ideas to create a beautiful home for me and my family.

We hired Brian on the recommendation of our architect, Brad Satterwhite at KEM Studios, and could not have been happier with the work. Brian bid the project and worked with us on finalizing the design and suggesting cost-effective and attractive changes. He (or a member of his crew) were on-site every day to track progress and to answer our endless questions. We were made aware of and approved all of the add-ons and were pleased with the communication throughout. The project was completed on-time and we love the workmanship from all of the various trades. Even when we had a few minor issues (and who wouldn't in a remodel), Brian was great about making sure the project was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Brian and will be using him in the future as we continue to renovate our home.

I give Brian Faust the highest recommendation possible. I am an architect specializing in the design and construction of large scale public buildings around the world. But for this project, I was both the architect AND the home owner. My expectations for the quality of the final product, and how the project would be overseen and managed were very high.

Brian absolutely exceeded those expectations. He ran the project in a highly professional manner - approaching the project with a more commercial grade quality. He oversaw the trades carefully, visiting the site almost every day to ensure my demands for quality were met. Even when the occasional item fell short of my expectations, he immediately and without hesitation pursued the necessary means to "make it right". He protected and worked on behalf of my best interests every single day.

The end result is a home that is truly exceptional. I am absolutely certain that without Brian Faust, this project would have taken longer, cost more money, and fallen well short of my standards. I trust him completely. And I certainly hope I have the opportunity to work with him again.
