Faust Construction was founded on quality and integrity. We focus on client loyalty and believe it's the way to build a successful business. For us, no project is too small and we provide the same attention and commitment to them as larger projects. Our goal on all projects is to be a part of a successful team that exceeds our client's expectations for design, delivery time, cost control, quality, and construction of their project. Most all of our projects are repeat clients and/or referrals from previous clients. We emphasize a high level of principal involvement and take a proactive approach to our projects. Focusing first on understanding our client's goal, priorities and needs, we then work together to develop a plan that assures the project meets or exceeds its original goals. Building relationships and communication are our keys to success. Company Faust has an approximate $2-3 million annual sales in both commercial and residential, we are typically involved with 4-10 projects at a time ranging in size from service work up to several million in construction cost. We offer all construction services from preconstruction and cost estimating to general contracting, owner's representation, construction management, and design build services for commercial projects or residential projects.
